CCPOMA MEETINGS
The Cape Cod Property Owners and Managers Association, Inc. holds its meetings on the last Monday of every month at the Ardeo Restaurant in South Yarmouth.
The Restaurant is located at Union Station Plaza, 23V White Path, South Yarmouth, tel. 508 760-1500.
Take Exit 8, head south from Route 6, and turn left at the first light.
The Meetings start at around 7 P.M. and last till between 8:30 P.M. to 9 P.M. There is also a small buffet table at the start of each meeting.
We have an annual dinner for ALL paid members at the Ardeo Restaurant sponsored by CCPOMA, usually around the middle of June.
Please note that there are NO meetings May, July, August and December.
Monday night's meeting will be a presentation by Bob Pritchard of Ace Wildlife Removal Services. His Powerpoint presentation will discuss how property owners can prevent problems with raccoons, skunks,squirrels, chipmunks, bats and any other wild thing that likes a warm, dry place to share with you. They are real cute unless they get into your house and start tearing it apart. It should be very interesting!
