Cape Cod Property Owners and Managers Association, Inc. was created to advance the welfare of the housing industry and protect the rights of property owners.
In an effort to enhance the image of landlords we seek to provide safe, clean housing at fair market rates. We will research, develop, and publish for our members accurate information that is vital to property owners and managers on the Cape. We also belong to Massachusetts Rental Housing Association (MRHA), which is a statewide organization which helps landlords through education, networking and influencing the legislation.
